Independent photographers are welcome to hold sessions on the farm, but we do have a few regulations. If you would like to use our farm for your photography sessions, please download and complete our Photography Location Agreement Form.

A nonrefundable fee of $50.00 must accompany this agreement form (cash or check). Upon receipt of this form and fee, you are covered for the entire season. Therefore, you only need to complete one agreement form per season.

 

By completing and signing this agreement, you are agreeing to the following location regulations and requirements: 1.

1. Leave the location as you found it. We understand the desire to set up the perfect photo. If you bring any props or decoration, remove everything before you leave so that the farm stays well cared for and clean. Do not cause any damage to the trees in the field – we want to keep each tree healthy and festive.

2. Respect our farm customers. Parking areas closest to our Christmas Shop are reserved for farm customers. Follow any parking instructions you are given. You may also encounter customers searching for their perfect Christmas tree out in the fields. Be respectful as they do their browsing.

3. Scheduling Restrictions. We do not allow photography sessions on Thanksgiving Day or Black Friday. We also do not allow photography sessions on weekends after Thanksgiving. Weekdays after Thanksgiving are by appointment only.

4. Liability. Dancing Hill Christmas Tree Farm is not liable for any damage to the personal property of the photographer or their clients. We are also not liable for any injuries that occur to the photographer or their clients.

We also require that you call to book your session date(s) and time(s) – this ensures that we do not have too many photographers on site at any one point in time. In order to book those sessions, please call 434-660-1775 to schedule.
